System Description
The Xunda anti-corrosiontape T**0, mechanical protectiontape T**0 is a multilayer system used for the corrosion protection of oil ,gas ,and water underground oraboveground steel pipeline. T**0 &T**0 consist of two layers, the butyl rubber adhesive laminated on the polyethylene film backing. The T**0 can be used as inner tape, T**0 can be used as outer tape.
Xunda liquid adhesive can be used as primer for this system. The liquid adhesive represent an anti-corrosion layer and provide a uniformly smooth contact surface to promote high adhesion of the coating system to the pipe.
The anti-corrosiontape assures a high bond to the primed surface with excellent conformability. The mechanical protection tape achieves a complete bond to the anti-corrosion tape.
The
system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping
machine.
How to select coating materials
Example:Total coating required thickness 3 mm with a minimum overlap of *0%.

*1st :PRIMER ***7+ *****0(*0mil=1.**4mm) as single double wrap, total 3mm .You Can Choose followed two methods :
Or *2nd :PRIMER ***7 + *****0(inner tape**0mil=1.**6mm)******0(outer wrap**0mil=0.**8mm),total 3mm.
